INTERNATIONAL MARTIAL ARTS AND COMBAT SPORTS SCIENTIFIC SOCIETY (IMACSSS)
IMACSSS is an international scientific association established for the study and research of martial arts, combat systems, and related sports, which brings together practitioners, experts and academics from around the world. The aim of IMACSSS is to support academic research on diverse aspects of combat sports, martial arts and self-defence. The ultimate goal is to expand the scientific knowledge on use of combative activities that related to cultural, history, tourism, sociology in physical education and sport.

On 17 October 2018 in Rzeszow Poland, nine Malaysian delegations led by GM Dr. Mohamad Nizam Mohamed Shapie successfully presented and received full support from members of committee of International Martial Arts and Combat Sports Scientific Society (IMACSSS) to host the 9th edition of IMACSSS Conference in Malaysia. The Conference will be held in year of 2020 and will be known as IMACSSS2020.
